Sunday 8:30 a.m. - Traditional Worship Service
Sunday 9:45 a.m. - Bible Study
Sunday 11:00 a.m. - Contemporary Worship Service
Sunday 5:00 p.m. - Bible Study
Sunday 6:00 p.m. - Worship Service
Wednesday 6:30 p.m. - Prayer Meeting
What should I wear? We don't emphasize what we wear at VCBC. We, of course, suggest modest dress, but we ask that you feel comfortable when you come to church. Don't feel as though you have to "dress up" to be a part of our church. Casual dress is encouraged.
Where do I park? There are designated parking spaces marked for our guests. These spots are closest to the entrance for your convenience. We also offer handicap spots for our guests with disabilities.
How will I know where to go once I get there? There will be greeters at each entrance to help you find your way around. They will help you find your Sunday school class and give you a tour of the campus.
Where do I take my children? We have a preschool area for all children from bed babies to 4 years old. We also have classes for all grades K5 through 6th grade. During the 11:00 a.m. worship service, the children will be dismissed to their appropriate areas. K5-2nd grade will go to our Construction yard area and 3rd-6th grade will attend our Kid Zone. We assure you that these are the coolest, most kid friendly areas in town. Your kids will love it.
What should I know about Valley Creek?
We are a member of the Southern Baptist Convention, Alabama Baptist Convention and the Bessemer Baptist Association. We are completely focused on reaching our community with the life changing message of Jesus Christ. Our congregation is a mix of demographics from age groups, regions, cultures, and backgrounds. We have aligned our doctrine with the 2000 Baptist Faith and Message of the Southern Baptist Convention. This can be accessed through www.sbc.net.
